What does the property management service include?

The service includes rent payment monitoring, rent transfers, agreed rent increases, tenant communication, reporting, debt collection procedures, coordinating repairs and property inspections.

Letting fees depend on the number of rooms: studio €499, two rooms €649, three rooms €799, four rooms €999 and five or more rooms €1,099. The letting fee is a one-off charge. Property management is a separate ongoing service costing €34.90 per month per property. Prices include VAT. In Finnish room counts, the living room counts as a room; the kitchen and bathroom do not.

No. Finding a new tenant and arranging a letting are separate services. Asuntoseppä can also take care of letting your property when needed.
