As a landlord, you want to know that rental income will arrive as agreed, even if your tenant has difficulty paying. Maksuturva provides additional protection and peace of mind throughout the tenancy.

With Maksuturva, you do not have to deal with missed payments alone. If the tenant fails to pay rent, we compensate the landlord for unpaid rent up to an amount equivalent to four months’ rent, subject to the service terms.

How does Maksuturva work?

1. Monitor rent payments as usual.

2. Notify us of unpaid rent within 6 days of the due date.

3. We take the necessary steps and manage the matter as it progresses.

4. Maksuturva compensates for the unpaid amount in accordance with the service terms.

Maksuturva remains in force throughout the tenancy and can be added to our letting service. This gives you professional letting assistance and additional protection together.
